We start with a brief intake call to understand your operating model, target markets, and anticipated transaction volume. From there, we execute the appropriate Broker of Record agreements by state or portfolio, including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when applicable to protect your client relationships.

Licensing & compliance setup

Ensure proper oversight without slowing you down

Listings are published under our brokerage, with your team as the authorized listing representative (per agreement). We handle regulatory filings, advertising disclosures, and state-level supervision. Platform subscriptions and listing access (CoStar, Crexi, MLS, Brevitas, etc.) are the responsibility of the client. We provide jurisdiction-specific compliance guidance.

Listing & transaction oversight

You stay client-facing. we handle compliance.

We maintain a compliance-only role—reviewing contracts, providing required sign-offs, and ensuring all activities meet state regulations. Inbound leads are forwarded directly to you or your designated team. We do not engage with buyers or prospects unless explicitly directed.
