Structured fee model

Our Broker of Record fee is the greater of $1,500 per covered transaction or 2% of the gross commission earned by your brokerage on the transaction (you keep 98%). No hidden markups.

We provide jurisdiction-specific guidance for commercial listing requirements, disclosures, and advertising rules. Marketing platform subscriptions and listing access are the responsibility of the client.
